All L&A products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, after which your order will be shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Every L&A item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction, minimise waste and supports a more sustainable approach to fashion.

Our garments are carefully selected for their premium quality, comfort and durability. Material composition may vary by product and is listed on each individual product page.

As each product is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, colour selection or change of mind. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
